About us
At Flambè Karma – one of many Buffalo Grove restaurants, bold Indian flavors meet refined French techniques to create unforgettable dishes. Chef Niaz Sathar draws inspiration from his childhood in India and his French-trained expertise in flambé, crafting signature dishes like Flambé Scallops and Mango Habanero Flambé Paneer that delight the senses.
Alongside Niaz, his wife and Creative Director Patrycja brings an artistic vision to the restaurant’s ambiance and design. Together, they’ve created a space where culture, creativity, and flavor come together, offering memorable dining experiences in Buffalo Grove and at Curry à la Flambé in Glen Ellyn.
